Spicy Chicken Roast
A delicious and spicy dry chicken dish, perfect as an appetizer or a side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 3 tbsp Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with Chicken Masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and fry until it's cooked and golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté the onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves, and sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Return the fried chicken to the pan and mix well, coating it with the onion-tomato mixture.
- Roast on low heat for another 5-10 minutes until the masala is dry and sticks to the chicken.
- Serve hot.
